Tolaram Overseas Corporation was founded in the year 1997 by Mr.Ganesh Prasad Saraogi, a well known personality in the Indian Shellac market with the sole objective to export Shellac and Lac products worldwide and become one of the trusted and reliable suppliers from the Indian market.

The company is today one of the largest manufacturer and exporters of Seedlac, Shellac and Lac products and a Recognised Star Export House by the Government of India.

The family tradition of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship magnified with the active support from his two young sons, Mr.Vivek and Vikash Saraogi who looks after the exports and finance activities respectively.

The manufacturing unit is situated at Khunti, Jharkhand, one of the best lac growing area of India capable of producing 100 tones of shellac per month. The factory is managed by Mr. Ganesh Prasad Saraogi & Vikash Saraogi, under whose strict supervision and continuous technical up gradation and process innovations has helped the company to export consistently superior quality products under " TOC " brand all over the world.
